Welcome special: the rules and why it may not show

The welcome special is a personal discount on your first payment. It lasts 3 hours from the first time it is shown to you, and the countdown is on the offer page. It does not restart.

Pro billed yearly is 30% off the first year. Max billed yearly is 25% off the first year, and Max billed monthly is 25% off the first month. Basic, Pro monthly and Business are not part of it.

It applies to the first payment only, then your plan renews at the standard price. It is one per person.

It may not show if you already used it, if the 3 hours have ended, if your email is not confirmed, or if you already have a paid plan. A refunded special purchase cannot use it again.
