My generation failed or the tool is unavailable

A generation that fails, times out, or is blocked before it makes a result is not charged. If you see "This tool is temporarily unavailable", a model provider had a problem and nothing was taken.

Try again in a little while. You can check what was charged on the Usage page.

If your balance went down and you have no result, use the contact form and tell us the time, the tool and the model you used, and we will check.
