Top-ups and when they expire

A top-up is a one-time pack of credits for when you run out before your plan renews: 500 credits for $7, 2,000 credits for $25, 6,000 credits for $69. Buy one on your account page. You need an active paid plan.

Top-up credits are used only after your plan credits are gone. They do not renew, and they expire 12 months after you buy them. Referral reward credits work the same way.

A top-up can be refunded within 7 days of buying it, if none of those credits were used.
