Bots: saved jobs, approval and the weekly cap

A bot is a saved job. Give it a name, a job in plain words (up to 1000 characters), the tools it may use and up to 20 short notes it must follow each time. You can keep up to 10 bots. Bots need a paid plan.

Press Run now and the bot makes a plan with its steps and credits, then waits for you. Nothing is made until you press Approve, or you can reject the plan. An Approval rule on each bot decides what it asks about: before posting or spending credits, for everything, or let it work on its own once you trust it.

Quality check: add a rubric (up to 200 characters) in the bot's Settings. Then press Check quality on a plan and Create AI scores it out of 10 against your rubric. 7 or more counts as a pass, and it lists what to change. It is a second opinion, not a guarantee. It uses credits like a short chat message and needs a paid plan.

When a run has finished, press Download post pack for ready-to-post copy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X. Bots never post or publish anything. You paste and post it yourself.

Schedules: a bot can start by itself every hour, every day, on weekdays or every week, at a time you choose. A scheduled start makes a plan and waits for your approval like Run now does. Schedules only run while the scheduler is switched on.

Weekly cap: each bot has the most credits it may use in the last 7 days, up to 2,000. The bot shows what it has used. A bot that goes over its cap stops. If 3 runs in a row do not finish, the bot pauses itself and says why. Press Resume when you have looked into it.

Signed out, the Bots page shows sample bots tagged Demo so you can see how it works. Your own bots appear after you sign in.
