Chat: make a Word, PDF, deck or spreadsheet file
Under an answer in Chat, press Make a file to turn it into a file you can download. Choose Word or PDF for a document, Deck for slides (a .pptx file for PowerPoint and similar programs), or Sheet for a spreadsheet (an .xlsx file for Excel and similar programs).
Leave the box empty to use that answer as the content. Or type what you want, for example a one page summary with a table of key dates, a pitch deck with six slides, or a monthly budget with totals.
The price shows on the button before you press it: 12 credits for a Word or PDF file, 12 credits for a deck and 15 credits for a spreadsheet. If the file cannot be made, the credits are given back.
When the file is ready, it appears in a panel next to the chat, with a Your files button under the answer. The download link works for one hour. If it expires, make the file again.
Decks and spreadsheets are plain and tidy, built from the text and tables the AI writes. Open them in your own program to add pictures, charts or your own design. Check the contents before you share them.
