When do referral rewards arrive?

A reward needs your friend to sign up on a new account through your link and make their first paid subscription payment. You then get 1,000 credits and your friend gets 500 credits.

The credits arrive 14 days after that payment, which covers the refund window. If the payment is refunded or disputed first, no reward is given. You can earn up to 10 rewards a month.

Rewards are added like top-ups: they are used after your plan credits and expire 12 months after they are added. Follow each referral on the Referrals page.

If a reward has not arrived after 14 days, check that your friend signed up with your link in the same browser, on a brand new account (at most 72 hours old when they used it), and that they did not arrive through an affiliate link, which takes priority. A referral cannot be added after someone has already signed up.
