Deleting your account: what is removed

Open your account, scroll to Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. This permanently deletes your profile and login, your generations, notes, documents and games, and every file you uploaded or generated, including anything you published to Explore.

Any active subscription is cancelled straight away. The rest of a paid period is not refunded unless the 7-day refund rule applies.

It cannot be undone, so download anything you want to keep from Library first. Billing records are kept for the time the law requires. The Privacy page has the details.
