Acceptable Use Policy

Draft: this policy has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet and may change.

Effective date: October 20, 2026

What this policy is

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do with the Create website and its AI tools. It is part of our Terms of Service. Words like "Your Content" and "Output" mean what they mean there. The short version: use Create to make things you are allowed to make, about people who agreed to be in them, and do not harm anyone.

These rules apply to your prompts, your uploads, the results you generate, and what you do with them afterwards. The list below gives examples and is not complete. If something is clearly harmful or illegal, do not do it, even if it is not listed.

Never allowed

These are banned with no exceptions. We act immediately, we may end your account without warning, and we may report you to the police or other authorities.

Third-party model rules

Our tools run on models from other companies, such as OpenAI, Google, Black Forest Labs, ByteDance, xAI, Kuaishou (Kling), Alibaba, and others as models are enabled. Each has its own usage rules. When you use a model through Create, its rules apply to you as well as ours, and the stricter rule wins. Providers also run their own safety filters, so a request can be refused even when it follows our policy. We cannot override a provider's decision.

Label AI content

Where the law or a platform requires it, or where people would reasonably expect to know, tell them that content was made with AI. Do not present AI-generated content as something it is not.

How we enforce this

Before a generation runs, an automatic safety filter checks it, and prompts that clearly break this policy are refused. A refused request is not charged. We may also use provider filters and reports from other people, and sometimes a person looks at flagged content. We do not read everything you make. If we think this policy has been broken, we may:

If we end your account for breaking this policy, you are not entitled to a refund.

Report something

If you see content made with Create that breaks this policy, use the contact form and tell us where it is. For urgent danger, contact your local emergency services first. For copyright complaints, use the process in section 9 of the Terms of Service. Designated agent: Create, reached through the contact form (choose Legal and copyright takedown).

If you think we made a mistake with your account or content, use the contact form and tell us what happened. We will take another look.

Changes

We may update this policy as new risks appear. If we make a material change, we will give notice in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept it.
